Drew Shryock is the Program Director and Direct Support Staff Supervisor for the Reach Adult Program. Drew has served in a variety of capacities in his 20+ years with Reach of Louisville. Drew has been director of the day program since 2014. Drew strives to create and implement meaningful day programing and education at the day program, with an emphasis on independent skills and community involvement. His goal is to promote personal growth and positive change for those who attend the program. Drew earned his master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Louisville in 2015. Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exercising, and participating in obstacle course races.
